    Planetary Ball Mill for Laboratory

High-Energy Grinding, Mixing & Mechanical Alloying

The Planetary Ball Mill for Laboratory is a high-performance laboratory grinding system designed for rapid and efficient size reduction, fine grinding, mixing, homogenization and mechanical alloying of a wide range of materials.

The planetary grinding mechanism combines the revolution of the planetary disc with the simultaneous rotation of grinding jars, generating high-energy impact and friction forces inside the jars. This makes the system suitable for processing soft, hard, brittle and fibrous materials in both dry and wet grinding applications.

Depending on the material, grinding media and operating parameters, planetary ball mills can achieve submicron-level particle sizes and are widely used in research, material science, chemistry, ceramics, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals and other laboratory applications.
