CONSTRUCTION:

• This is triple walled incubator.
• Outer wall made of mild steel powder coated; middle wall & inside wall shall be made of
  stainless steel 304 qlty.
• There shall be mineral wool insulation of 50mm between mild steel and second wall of
  water jacket provides stable temperature uniformity.
• Microprocessor control allows setting temperature from 5°C above ambient to 70°C
  and reading out to 0.1°C calibrations.
• Having PID controller with 4 ramps & 4 soaks profile.
• Full length toughened glass inside permits visual checks without disturbing thermal condition.
• Door and water jacket design eliminate condensation on the incubator walls.
• Heating elements are made of copper pipe in water jacket inhibits bacteria growth.
• Adjustable leveling feet compensate for uneven surface.
• Incubator shall be supplied with 3 nos. shelves for having 6 nos. shelves positions
• To work on 200-220 V AC. 50 Hz.
